Angelos offers complimentary express delivery worldwide on all orders.

Each order is prepared with precision and care to preserve the integrity of every piece. Orders are dispatched within one to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in their original condition, reflecting the standards of the House of Purpose.


Complimentary Express Shipping

All purchases at Angelos are eligible for complimentary express shipping worldwide, with no minimum order requirement.

Shipping is fulfilled via trusted international carriers, including DHL Express and FedEx, ensuring fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery.


Taxes & Duties

Taxes are included for eligible orders where explicitly stated on the website.

For destinations where taxes and duties are not included, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their local authorities.

Angelos is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or unpaid duties.


Returns
14-Day Return Policy

Angelos accepts returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Return Process & Verification

To initiate a return, customers must contact support@angelosstore.com with their order number.

As part of our quality and authenticity assurance process, customers are required to provide clear photos and/or a video of the item(s) they wish to return. These must clearly show:

  • The condition of the item

  • Attached tags

  • Original packaging

Returns must be approved prior to shipment.
Items sent without prior authorization or without the required visuals will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Angelos is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

This excludes items deemed faulty under applicable consumer laws.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact support@angelosstore.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos or video evidence.

Each case will be reviewed and resolved with priority and care.


Exchanges

Angelos does not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Once a return is approved and processed, customers may place a new order at their discretion.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if any applied under exceptional circumstances) are non-refundable.
